Excellent service, had nice experience.
We liked the hotel, it was charming old and cute and had amazing location not far from shops, restaurants, piers and piazza duomo. The rooms themselves were neat and huge with good bathroom: )

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering its central location in the heart of the historic center. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with contemporary touches and basic amenities that are maintained spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the availability of basic cooking facilities on the ground floor gives the option of eating in, which is convenient for guests. The breakfast spread is delightful, with several homemade cakes that are a treat to start the day.
All was well during our stay, no complaints.

Nestled down a charming, winding street, this B&B is located in the heart of the quaint island, making it the ideal spot to explore all of the local attractions. With comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff, and a mouthwatering breakfast, what's not to love? Plus, the location is right in the middle of everything.
The stairs in the building can be quite narrow and steep, which could pose a challenge for some guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Syracuse. The property was beautiful and spacious, offering excellent value for money. The rooms felt more like mini apartments with their basic cooking facilities, giving me the option to eat in. The location was very central, situated in an atmospheric narrow street in the heart of the historic center. The staff, especially Daniela and her mother, were extremely accommodating and helpful, showing a real passion for their business. The breakfast included several homemade cakes, which were absolutely delicious.
One small improvement could be made in terms of the WiFi signal, which was a bit poor.

This hotel in the heart of the historic center of Syracuse exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices for such a prime location. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was remarkable. From the contemporary touch in the rooms with basic cooking facilities to the spotlessly clean common areas, it was clear that the hotel management took great pride in maintaining high standards. Lastly, the staff provided exceptional service. The friendly and helpful staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Special mention goes to Christina, who not only spoke fluent English but also provided valuable recommendations for local restaurants and even helped me find a guide for a day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more variety in the choices available.
